Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy massage involves gentle manipulations of the soft tissues. But essential oils do the work! 100% pure extracts from plants, trees or flowers, they are applied on your skin, diluted with vegetable oils to avoid irritation. Aromatherapy is a type of a massage using oil, not to be confused with "oil massage", using simple oil without essential extract. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to promote healing and a feeling of well-being and relaxation in the recipient.

Aromatherapy Facial Massage

Aromatherapy facial massage is a rejuvenating and anti-aging treatment. Stress will melt away with a combination of soothing massage for the facial muscles and aromatherapy oils that leaves your skin toned and nourished.

Paraffin Treatments
Paraffin wax is not only beneficial to skin, but it also has many other health benefits. It has been known to relax muscles, increase blood flow, relieve joint stiffness and reduce pain. It also increases circulation to the skin and opens pores, which allows the hydrating elements to penetrate the outer layers of the skin. This makes it a good candidate for treating dry skin and moisturizing cuticles. Technicians apply paraffin wax by dipping the hand, foot or limb into the warm wax or brushing it on, allowing the wax to cool before peeling off.  After being applied to the body, the wax encases the treated area, trapping heat and relaxing the surrounding tissues. This makes it particularly helpful for treating stiff joints and alleviating pain associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia, bursitis, tendonitis and sore muscles.

Body Scrubs
A scrub works in a few ways: As you massage it over your body, the exfoliating granules help to slough off dead skin, and the rubbing action itself boosts circulation and helps drain your lymph nodes, by increasing blood flow to the skin’s surface. Besides feeling wonderful, body scrubs have several rejuvenating benefits for the skin. Body scrubs gently remove dead skin cells, dirt and oil from the outer layer of skin. This helps to unclog pores and expose your skin's underlying healthier layers.
